College of Nursing at Rattan Group of Institutions envisages to create state of art resources for providing various nursing courses and thus prepare competent nurses for health setting at grass root levels, district hospitals, referral hospitals and specialized hospitals who would considerably be able to contribute in the promotion of health of people and in early diagnoses, appropriate care of sick, and prolong healthful life.

The College would provide conducive learning atmosphere for nursing students to gain professional competencies for undertaking role of nursing teachers, Nursing clinicians, researchers and administrator as well as take up leadership role in policy making at organization, at national and international level. The vision of nursing college is to prepare nursing for education and evidence based practice.
