Department of Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rattan College of management& Technology is a 4-semester regular program with two years academic duration. The college is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala. The curriculum is designed to provide knowledge of the core management concepts and different techniques which are upgraded to advanced knowledge and management skills. This course has various specializations such as marketing, human resource, finance, Information Technology and analysis to different operational management. Internet facility is provided to students laptops via WIFI throughout the campus also which helps students to be connected to various technologies. The college has excellent computer labs with fully air conditioned, spacious and 300 systems. The systems have the hi-tech configuration of hardware and software in which different software have been installed. Labs help students to brush up their practical knowledge of computer skills. Library on the other side provides an atmosphere to the student and it also provides online access system, updated books and different journal papers. The students undertake a variety of project to enrich their experience and enhance refine their skills in management. Our management programme provides a technical and analytical approach to creating a leadership mindset that can make high-quality business decisions in any situation. The duration of two years includes four semester in which three semester is a regular classroom whereas 4th semester is training with 6 months of industry exposure through an evaluative internship.
